Saying your video is 'very interlaced' or has 'minimal interlacing' is not an accurate description of what is going on. You also need to understand what interlacing means because you either have it or you don't. What are format and settings are you using when you capture your video? We need a LOT more info on exactly what you are doing here if you want help.
